Requirements
1 or more years of experience in customer service, project administration, healthcare project coordination, or administrative support, preferably with responsibilities involving scheduling, communication, process coordination, and tracking information across multiple systems.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must live within commuting distance of Humana's office located in Louisville, Kentucky
