Central Support Partner

Role Overview

• Support multi-site electronic property functions in coordination with Operations
• Conduct regular audits and report findings
• Manage bad debt notices and eviction filing
• Generate renewal lease proposal batches and manage lease renewal process
• Complete final account statements and post move out charges

Requirements

• Strong collections experience
• Accounting/Bookkeeping skills required
• Degree in business or related field preferred
• 1+ years property management industry experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include MS Excel required
• Yardi knowledge preferred
• General accounting knowledge
