Planning and management of digitalization projects for district, city and municipal administrations
Analyzing and optimizing processes related to our financial software and the associated specialist departments
Training and onboarding of users in new projects and for existing clients
Project oversight including cost control, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder management
Ensuring project success: on time, within budget, and within scope
Supporting sales with bid calculations and scoping, as well as ongoing customer development

Completed vocational training or degree, e.g., in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in project management, including leading project teams of 2–10 people on multi-month projects
Willingness to travel regionally in northern and eastern Germany (approx. 1 day/week)
Desirable: initial knowledge of accounting and experience in the municipal/local government sector
Strong communication skills, commercial/business-oriented mindset, and a proactive work style
Very good German language skills (min. C1)
