Supports ERP or Corporate Applications through system configuration, testing, and reporting.
Works closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participates in the full development lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in system operations.
Configure ERP systems or corporate applications based on business requirements to support technical solutions for issues/processes and how they can/should be integrated with other business and technical systems/processes.
Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences and Technology, Information Management, or related fields or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of preferred work experience.
4 years Progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology or 4 years Combination experience of Information Technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Corporate Applications and Healthcare.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting Workday SCM in a healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or large enterprise environment.
Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing.
Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security framework, domains, and roles.
Experience managing Workday production support activities, incident resolution, defect analysis, and root cause investigations.
