Monitor and manage client, division, and benefit terminations
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure systems are cleared before finalizing terminations
Prepare monthly reports
Analyze and reconcile accounts ensuring timely and accurate coding
Engage relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt closure of termination files
Complete all assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines
Prepare adjustments and obtain authorization for writing off debit balances
Recommend process improvements and system enhancements
Collaborate with other pillars within SFS like Deposits, ASO Billing, and Commissions
Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to streamline workflows and identify process inefficiencies

Strong understanding of SFS system feeds and workflows
Proficient in financial reconciliation and advanced spreadsheet skills including macro knowledge
