Serve as the Relationship Consultant for industries and career pathways related to: the marketing/brand/product management, retail, consumer-packaged goods, supply chain and human resources.
Serve as the overall relationship manager for existing employer relationships to help develop and support engagement strategies that align with the individual recruiting and engagement goals of the organization.
Support portfolio growth through data-driven development of new industry and employer relationships to support student career interests.
Maintain ongoing, proactive communication with employers regarding identified recruiting/strategic goals and engagement opportunities.
Collaborate with career coaches, academic departments, student organizations, and other campus partners to facilitate engagement opportunities that meet employer needs across a variety of channels.
Support industry and employer engagement in signature career events and experiences, including in-market treks and job shadow programs, case competitions, alumni networking, etc.
Consult with companies on campus recruiting specifics, including timelines, interview schedule details, and student promotion strategies.
Partner with the Events and Experiences team to provide employers with verbal and written information about the campus recruiting experience.
Assess employer hiring outcomes and satisfaction annually.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of post-graduation professional work experience, preferably in sales/business development, customer success, higher education career services or corporate recruiting.
Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service and building professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams and take a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Strong desire to build relationships with students, employers, alumni, campus partners, and academic departments.

Experience supporting employer engagement, recruiting, career development, or student-facing programming.
Familiarity with CRM, database, or recruiting platforms such as Salesforce and Handshake, as well as Microsoft Excel.

Willingness to work occasional evening hours to support programs and events.
