Provider Services Advisor

Role Overview

• Serve as the primary internal contact for service lines provided by Altais to network physicians
• Support day-to-day administrative operations and provide exceptional service to physicians
• Monitor physician participation and advocate for current and future products and services
• Educate physician practices on policies, procedures, and claims payment policies
• Assist with onboarding new physicians and staff
• Facilitate internal and external meetings to discuss issues and promote relationships

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience of 4 years in managed health care administration or Physician office administration
• 2-3 years of Patient and Physician portals and EMH or EMR system experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in patient and physician portals and EMH or EMR systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of physician office operations
• Demonstrated flexibility and strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
