Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
- Log all customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
- Maintain detailed records of customer complaints and feedback to inform service improvements
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for product-related queries
- Assist in identifying trends in customer issues to help improve processes
- Collaborate with the product team to gather customer feedback for product development
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience using customer service software or CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience in customer service or call center environments
- Familiarity with common troubleshooting techniques for technical support
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
