Role Overview
- Leading and executing end-to-end Red Team assessments
- Developing adversary emulation plans
- Configuring and utilizing attacker tools and procedures
- Developing presentations and reports
- Assisting offensive security assessment operations
- Planning and executing penetration testing exercises
- Continuously enhancing the organization's security posture
- Communicating findings and strategies to stakeholders
- Providing risk-appropriate recommendations
- Developing scripts, tools, or methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience
- Six or more years of relevant experience including military experience or specialized training
- Six or more years of direct offensive security experience
- Proven ability to modify TTPs to evade security solutions
- Deep knowledge of Operating System internals (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Thorough understanding of network protocols
- Expertise in Active Directory and Azure AD attacks
- Implementation-level familiarity with modern exploitation
- Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language
- Solid understanding of cloud-native environments
