Lead the commercial strategy for Anti-Fraud products (B2B).
Identify, prospect, and build strategic relationships with new clients in the retail, e-commerce, and/or financial services segments to drive Koin's growth in the Brazilian market.
Coordinate the sales team by setting targets, monitoring performance, and fostering team development.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a clear and competitive value proposition.
Participate in complex negotiations, contract discussions, and the structuring of commercial proposals.
Analyze the market, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
Negotiate internally and collaborate with multiple departments to achieve results.
Learn and deepen knowledge of new business models and channel strategies.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (postgraduate degree desirable).
Experience in B2B sales to Enterprise clients.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and pipeline/sales funnel methodologies.
Knowledge of the e-commerce and/or payments industry in Brazil.
Primary focus on large merchants in the sector.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales in fintechs, payment providers, or credit companies.
