Requirements
- 12+ years in service delivery management (application/infrastructure support)
- Proven experience in Service Run activities, project delivery, and data mining
- Strong background in customer advocacy, conflict resolution, and quality control
- 8+ years in customer service and project management
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
- Experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
