- Proven track record of selling and delivering high-value management or IT consulting services within the public sector
- Existing, active professional network in Florida, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Track record of leading complex pursuits from qualification through to contract execution
- Ability to command a room, mentor teams, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
