Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer sales experience.
Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across key verticals through industry events, outreach, and market engagement.
Engage regularly with new and existing clients to understand campaign objectives, KPIs, and future marketing plans.
Recommend tailored solutions from the product portfolio to help clients achieve their business and marketing goals.
Lead onboarding processes for new clients, including guiding them through legal and compliance requirements.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Introduce Aleph to new prospects and expand presence across target industries.
Collaborate closely with Client Solutions Managers (Account Managers) to ensure smooth campaign launches and execution.
Provide timely, actionable feedback to clients to optimize performance and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
7+ years of Digital advertising experience, either in Business development, Account management or Ad Sales experience.
Extensive agency market connections in Croatia, with proven success collaborating with media agencies to unlock new business opportunities and drive advertising revenue growth across diverse digital platforms.
Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue).
Direct experience in paid search advertising, performance advertising and e-commerce.
You can work independently and set your own workflows to achieve sales targets.
You're fluent in Croatian and English.
