About this role
Role Overview
Provide direct support to the founder of a growing hospitality business.
Focus on executive support, inbox and calendar management, travel coordination, and handling recurring administrative responsibilities.
Manage the founder's business and light personal calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
Monitor and organize executive inboxes, prioritizing important communications.
Assist with travel planning, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and travel logistics.
Help manage reminders, deadlines, and follow-up items.
Conduct online research and gather information to support business decisions.
Handle recurring administrative tasks and routine operational responsibilities.
Collect invoices and supporting documents for company credit card transactions.
Recommend tools, systems, or automation opportunities that improve efficiency.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting founders, executives, or business owners.
Strong experience managing inboxes, calendars, and travel arrangements.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
Ability to think proactively, work independently, and anticipate executive needs.
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
Comfortable learning new systems and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity.
