About this role

Support and enhance the platforms that enable secure access to critical applications and services across the organisation
Monitor, manage and optimise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
Support core technologies including StoreFront, Provisioning Services (PVS) and NetScaler Gateways
Troubleshoot complex issues and improve platform performance
Support application deployments and contribute to initiatives that strengthen and modernise our technology environment

Proven experience in Citrix operational support or a similar infrastructure role
Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies including NetScaler, XenApp, XenDesktop and Citrix Cloud
Experience supporting Active Directory, Windows Server environments and Group Policy Management
Exposure to virtualised environments and infrastructure support
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture
Relevant IT qualifications, certifications or equivalent practical experience
