Develop and maintain expert knowledge of all product ranges.
Provide product recommendations and technical guidance to internal teams and customers.
Support branches, sales teams, and technical staff with product-related queries.
Assist with CCTV and Access Control system design.
Verify product compatibility and solution suitability for customer requirements.
Evaluate and test new bought out products before introduction to the market.
Reproduce, test, and verify faults reported by customers or technical teams.
Maintain records of product defects, improvements, and corrective actions.
Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions.
Work closely with the Training Coordinator to ensure product knowledge is effectively transferred throughout the business.
Provide product onboarding support for internal staff.

Matric
2–5 years' experience within the electronic security industry.
Experience with CCTV, Access Control, or integrated security solutions.
Experience in product support, technical support, system design, or product management will be advantageous.
Strong understanding of: CCTV systems, IP networking, NVRs and video management systems, Access Control systems.
