Role Overview
- Provide advice and support to operational managers on various HR areas
- Support organizational transformations and propose measures to improve efficiency
- Ensure consideration of topics such as health & safety and psychosocial risks (PSR)
- Provide support in applying labor law and in team development
- Lead HR development and implement and monitor health prevention actions
- Participate in employee relations and co-facilitate employee representative bodies (Works Council, staff representatives)
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or Labor Law
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Strong interpersonal skills; firm and diplomatic
- Good problem-solving ability
