About this role
Role Overview
Independently perform monthly payroll processing
Prepare payroll statements using DATEV LODAS
Maintain and manage employee master data in Personio
Serve as a point of contact for employees on wage tax and social security law matters
Communicate with health insurance providers, authorities, and social security institutions
Responsible for reporting and certification procedures
Support during company, payroll tax, and social security audits
Support operational HR day-to-day tasks, e.g., employment references, benefits, and administrative HR processes
Actively participate in HR projects, for example digitalization and automation of processes
Propose and implement ideas for the continuous optimization of HR processes
Requirements
Completed commercial/business vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in payroll processing
Good knowledge of DATEV LODAS
Solid knowledge of wage tax and social security legislation
Ideally, experience with Personio or comparable HR software
Structured, careful, and independent working style
Enthusiasm for developing HR processes and digital solutions
Team-oriented and service-minded approach
Very good German language skills (at least C1)
