Build and test segmentation, triggers and dynamic content using brand, course, campus, recruitment stage and behavioral data.
Build, maintain and test automated journeys, including sends, waits, decision splits, audience rules and coordinated lead handoffs.
Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and support other CRM, automation, WhatsApp and SMS platforms while maintaining organized campaign assets.
Complete end-to-end QA, follow approval processes, document builds and escalate risks or unclear requirements before deployment.
Support reporting, tracking and A/B testing, and recommend improvements to content, timing, channel mix and journey performance.
Support stakeholders with campaign production and document repeatable processes for Australian and offshore teams.
Apply consent, unsubscribe and preference requirements, handle data in line with Navitas policy and identify data or compliance issues early.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Technology, or equivalent experience, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform.
Proven experience building and delivering personalised omnichannel campaigns across email and at least one messaging channel (WhatsApp or SMS), using audience segmentation, dynamic content, and automated customer journeys.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing, proofreading, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio) and other CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo.
Working knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS, dynamic content, and personalization techniques to support effective campaign execution.
Experience in higher education, student recruitment, or multi-brand environments, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance research, content creation, campaign delivery, and workflow efficiency.
