3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing with heavy focus on PPC, analytics, and conversion tracking
1+ years of experience in paid social, Meta Business Manager campaign management, and pixel tracking
Proven expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and CallRail setup and integration
Experience with offline conversion tracking and upload workflows
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (UA and GA4), Google Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
Brownie points for:
Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant digital marketing environments
Working knowledge of CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Google Ads and GA4 Certification(s)
