You are independently responsible for acquiring new wholesale, GFGH and foodservice partners for Barebells, Vitamin Well and NOCCO.
You actively develop your sales territory, identify relevant customers, distribution partners and consumption occasions, and prioritize opportunities with the greatest growth potential.
You build long-term relationships across wholesale, GFGH, gastronomy, foodservice, impulse and convenience channels, and strategically develop existing partners.
You secure new listings, expand assortments and ensure our brands are implemented in a visible, available and sales-effective way — from placement and activation to sell-through and reordering.
You make the relevance of our brands tangible for customers: from target groups and assortment to incremental sales and easy execution at the POS.
You negotiate and agree listings, assortment expansions and sales-promoting measures within defined parameters.
You bring product launches and activations to market and ensure they are visible, engaging and effective for customers.
You use CRM not only for documentation but to manage your pipeline, priorities, follow-ups and closing opportunities.
You analyze volume, revenue, distribution and assortment development and derive concrete sales-driving measures for your sales region.
You stay close to the market, spot trends, competitive moves and new consumption occasions early, and bring relevant input to our team.
Requirements
You have a commercial/business education or a comparable qualification.
You have experience in B2B sales — ideally in FMCG, beverages, food, foodservice, or functional food & beverage environments.
You understand the dynamics of wholesale/GFGH, foodservice, gastronomy, convenience or out-of-home markets — or have a good feel for how these channels operate.
Existing contacts with relevant customer groups, decision-makers or distribution partners in these channels are a plus.
You know how to win new customers, expand existing relationships and drive growth in a sales region.
You understand how functional beverages and protein-rich snacks are placed to be visible, relevant and sales-effective.
You have the drive to bring strong brands into new environments and to win customers for new assortments, placements and consumption occasions.
You think commercially, identify revenue, volume and distribution potentials and consistently turn opportunities into new listings, assortment expansions and measurable growth.
You are strong in communication, confident in negotiation and comfortable speaking with decision-makers.
You work in a structured, action-oriented and results-driven way — with the energy required to make a real impact in the market.
You use CRM confidently for planning, prioritization and follow-up of customers, activities and achievements.
You enjoy being on the road, are willing to travel frequently within Germany and hold a Class B driving license.
