Role Overview
- Lead, structure and maintain all processes related to career management
- Manage the development and updates of the generic job mapping
- Facilitate workshops with business units
- Lead the project to develop the competency framework
- Design a structured approach to succession planning
- Create, update and improve appraisal/interview forms to ensure their relevance
- Analyze all feedback from interviews
- Develop and implement clear and motivating career paths
- Identify training solutions linked to professional development paths
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, social sciences or competency/skills engineering
- Proven experience in GEPP (strategic workforce planning and skills management) and in managing cross-functional HR projects
- Proficiency in one or more job and skills mapping methodologies
- Experience building job frameworks and designing career paths and job mobility bridges
- Comfortable leading workshops and group facilitation
- Strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills
- Comfortable with digital HR tools, data analysis and using AI to improve HR performance
- Advisory mindset and strong sense of confidentiality
