Own and manage the marketing part of our technology stack, including WordPress, Clay, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insight, Leedfeeder and supporting media bank platforms and connections to our partner portal
Build and measure lead nurture workflows, and outbound success
Ensure quality data between marketing and sales systems through managed lead processes
Support the delivery of global campaigns by using customer segmentation, tagging, and AI automation workflows
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on campaign performance, funnel progression, and marketing ROI
Requirements
Suitable degree (Bachelor or Master) from relevant field
Experience in a marketing operations or marketing automation role, preferably in a global B2B business
Hands-on delivery and user development experience in marketing processes
Proven experience with CMS, CRM, AI tools and campaign workflows
Proficiency with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and campaign tracking best practices
Excellent project management and communication skills
Fluent in English: Candidates must have excellent written and spoken English skills. Other Central European and Nordic languages are a plus.
