Coordinate technical alignment between Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Research and Development.
Take final technical responsibility for complex products and assemblies.
Coordinate internal and external technical interfaces to ensure well-founded decision-making.

Completed education in mechanical engineering, e.g. HTL, FH or TU (technical college/university).
Several years of professional experience in design engineering, product development or special machine and plant engineering.
Practical experience in design, manufacturing or joining technologies with a solid understanding of tolerances and technical feasibility.
Experience in project management or technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams.
Strong CAD skills and experience with PDM, PLM or ERP systems.
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with pronounced logical reasoning.
High level of personal responsibility, hands-on mentality and confident presence as a technical interface.
German and English at business/negotiation level.
