Requirements
Technical education: Completed education in mechanical engineering, e.g., HTL (technical college), FH (university of applied sciences), or TU (technical university).
Engineering experience: Several years of professional experience in design engineering, product development, or in special machine and plant engineering.
Manufacturing understanding: Practical experience in design, manufacturing, or joining technologies with a solid understanding of tolerances and technical feasibility.
Project competence: Experience in project management or technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams.
System know-how: Strong CAD skills and experience with PDM, PLM, or ERP systems.
Analytical strength: Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong logical reasoning.
Personal qualities: High sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality, and confident presence as a technical interface.
Language skills: German and English at business-fluent/negotiation level.
