Provide technical support from concept and design phases through to series production readiness.
Develop manufacturing strategies that are technically and economically optimal, including make-or-buy decisions.
Coordinate technical alignment between Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Research and Development.
Assume final technical responsibility for complex products and assemblies.
Coordinate internal and external technical interfaces to ensure well-founded decisions.

Completed education in mechanical engineering, e.g., HTL, University of Applied Sciences (FH) or Technical University (TU).
Several years of professional experience in design engineering, product development, or in special-purpose machinery and plant engineering.
Practical experience in design, manufacturing or joining technology with a solid understanding of tolerances and technical feasibility.
Experience in project management or technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams.
Very good CAD skills and experience with PDM, PLM or ERP systems.
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with strong logical thinking ability.
High level of personal responsibility, hands-on mentality and confident presence as a technical interface.
German and English at business-fluent level.
