Requirements
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
- Confident use of common CRM and telephony tools, or a strong technical affinity
- Stable internet connection and a quiet home-office workspace
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for active selling
- Self-motivation, discipline, and a reliable, independent work style (freelancer model)
- Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts and on-call duty
- Interest in travel topics is an advantage
