Role Overview
- Consulting and support for our customers in the area of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Analysis, design, and implementation of EDI solutions and integration processes
- Onboarding new trading partners (mapping, testing, go-live support)
- Troubleshooting and operational support
- Preparation of technical documentation and training materials
- Close collaboration with external partners and clients
- Further development and optimization of existing EDI processes
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics / computer science or a comparable qualification
- Experience in EDI and knowledge of common EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT, XML, X12, VDA)
- Understanding of business processes
- Experience in the textile industry is a plus
- Experience with EDI tools and converters (e.g., eBiss) is advantageous
- Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong customer orientation
- Good spoken and written German and English skills
