About this role
Role Overview
Identify, structure, negotiate, and close real estate and land-related transactions across Greece
Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end
Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closed transactions
Monitor pipeline health using KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts
Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
Support strategic initiatives and market development activities across Greece
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
Strong business acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with real estate closing processes (Nice to Have)
Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR and NPV (Nice to Have)
Experience in sectors such as real estate, telecoms, renewables, infrastructure, or financing (Nice to Have)
