Accounting Assistant – Temporary Contract

Role Overview

• As part of a temporary reinforcement, you will join the accounts receivable team to assist with invoice data entry and ensure invoices are processed on time
• Participate in the implementation of e-invoicing (electronic invoicing) in collaboration with internal teams
• Enter and process client invoices
• Enter and verify client invoices
• Check data consistency
• Monitor reminders and handle any potential disputes with clients
• Support the rollout of e-invoicing
• Participate in collecting and preparing data for migration to electronic invoicing
• Collaborate with teams to test and validate electronic invoice flows.

Requirements

• Prior experience in accounting data entry is desirable
• Comfortable using office software
• Accuracy and attention to detail: ability to work with sensitive data and meet deadlines
• Adaptability: quickly integrate into a team and pick up new tools
• Team spirit
• Autonomy: ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
