About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for the entire sales process from lead qualification to successful deal closing
Identifying and approaching new potential customers across multiple channels (e.g., outbound, networking, events)
Conducting discovery calls to analyze customer needs and requirements
Presenting our solution through product demos and tailored customer presentations
Independently negotiating contracts and closing deals
Detecting objections and developing appropriate solutions during the sales process
Closely collaborating with SDRs, Customer Success, and Product to refine sales strategy
Continuously tracking and reporting relevant KPIs and maintaining CRM data
Collecting customer feedback and sharing relevant insights with internal teams
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software-related environment
Proven experience managing sales processes independently through to closing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Structured working style, clear prioritization, and high results orientation
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions
Confident handling of negotiation situations and decision-making processes
Excellent German language skills (native) and very good English
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and modern collaboration tools
