About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for the entire sales process from lead qualification to successful deal closing
- Identifying and approaching new potential customers across multiple channels (e.g., outbound, networking, events)
- Conducting discovery calls to analyze customer needs and requirements
- Presenting our solution through product demos and tailored customer presentations
- Independently negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Detecting objections and developing appropriate solutions during the sales process
- Closely collaborating with SDRs, Customer Success, and Product to refine sales strategy
- Continuously tracking and reporting relevant KPIs and maintaining CRM data
- Collecting customer feedback and sharing relevant insights with internal teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software-related environment
- Proven experience managing sales processes independently through to closing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Structured working style, clear prioritization, and high results orientation
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions
- Confident handling of negotiation situations and decision-making processes
- Excellent German language skills (native) and very good English
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and modern collaboration tools
