• You are the first point of contact for potential business clients.

• Outbound telephone contact with companies (B2B outbound)
• Identification of relevant contacts and decision-makers
• Qualification of potential prospects
• Scheduling consultation appointments for our sales team
• Documenting conversations in the CRM system
• Close collaboration with the sales team

Requirements

• Confident and professional demeanor
• Structured and reliable work style
• Goal-oriented and self-driven
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a call center is an advantage
