In close collaboration with our Marketing team, you develop communication strategies to engage leads at every stage and persuade them to choose Ratepay.
You develop and improve Ratepay’s commercial processes to ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and a fast, error-free go-live.
As a natural networker, you gain energy from attending trade shows and events, representing Ratepay and building contacts.
Requirements
Sales is your passion.
You bring many years of B2B sales experience and proven success in leading sales teams.
You know the e-commerce and payments market inside out.
You are strong in solution selling, negotiate confidently at C-level and develop scalable sales strategies.
You demonstrate a confident presence and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
As a modern leader, you establish a motivating performance culture and actively develop your team members.
You think in a data-driven way, manage your area via KPIs and are highly proficient in Salesforce.
Fluent German and English (negotiation-level) complete your profile.
