Role Overview
- Extend technical training capabilities for Mahindra and at MILE through training content & Training Aids preparedness
- Ensure needs for new training content are anticipated & capitalised
- Responsible for ensuring training adherence and MIS for MILE
- Improve capabilities and technical knowledge of key technician staff at dealerships
- Responsible for driving and ensuring New Product Training Content for MILE as per product launch timelines
Requirements
- Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (minimum)
- B E Automobile / Mechanical (Desired)
- 10-15 years in technical roles
- Training experience preferred
