Manage commercial relationships with large regional retail accounts, leading negotiations and monitoring business results
Develop short
and long-term commercial strategies, preparing Business Plans and Joint Business Plans with clients
Manage the accounts' P&L, monitoring investments, profitability and financial indicators
Negotiate contracts, promotional calendars, commercial activities and initiatives aimed at category growth
Monitor performance indicators such as sales volume, market share, product mix, pricing and in-store execution
Identify market opportunities, trends and competitor movements, proposing action plans to expand results
Work collaboratively with areas such as Trade Marketing, Market Intelligence, Supply Chain and field teams, ensuring excellence in the execution of commercial strategies
Support and influence partner commercial teams, sharing best practices in negotiation and execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Solid experience managing large accounts (Key Accounts), preferably in the consumer goods sector
Experience in complex commercial negotiations and P&L management
Analytical profile, comfortable working with KPIs, data and developing action plans
