Serves as primary point of contact for support, coordination and administration of faculty action tracking via Monday.com platform, ensuring onboarding providers are moving through each stage appropriately and statuses are being updated in real-time.
Receives and responds to external inquiries for faculty employment verifications.
Manages document imaging into the university’s online record storage and retrieval software.
Works with other office personnel on data cleanup within internal office files and within Oracle.
Supports faculty recruitment and personnel action processing for all centralized Health offices.
Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associate’s degree -OR
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of one (1) year of related HR experience -OR
HR Internship experience.
Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.
