- Serve as a centralized resource on university and faculty group practice policies and procedures regarding USF Health faculty appointments.
- Assist with ensuring a smooth onboarding process for incoming faculty.
- Interpret faculty needs and provide individualized service.
- Maintain working knowledge of university, USF Health and college policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of HR experience.
- A combination of education and experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Six years of HR-related experience or a combination of education and experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree.
