Optimizing audience activation strategies within our tech stack to ensure marketing campaigns and activation dollars target the right audiences at the right time
Establishing use cases and requirements for marketing technology tool set to ensure they align with overall marketing vision
Collaborating and partnering with IT and other Marketing teams to understand and onboard new tools as well as optimize existing ones
Building and recommending process changes for technology and/or capability adoption
Finding additional efficiencies, optimization areas and innovation points across the existing tool set.
Evaluating and embedding AI capabilities within existing marketing workflows and technologies to drive automation, scale operations, and discover new efficiencies.
Supporting and communicating key milestones, activities and KPIs that measure the efficacy of our business use cases that our tools support
Requirements
Have 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience and a Bachelor's degree
Have the capability to interpret business requirements and define or recommend the audience strategy based on the business needs of stakeholders
Have experience successfully utilizing customer data platforms (CDP), marketing automation platforms, account based marketing platforms, CRM or other digital tool sets
Demonstrate good knowledge of SDLC and business processes
