Responsible for all operational elements of the business
Accountable for the integrity of financial transactions in partnership with accounting
Accurate execution of dealer incentive and advance programs
Driving enterprise process automation to scale operational efficiency and control
Acts as the named contract manager for GM Protection primary product suppliers, directing vendor governance, service-level performance, and administration
Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and development of operations team members
Requirements
Extensive knowledge of corporate functions such as finance, legal/compliance, operations, strategic planning, product/ brand management, administration and managing suppliers
Extensive knowledge and understanding of automotive F&I Industry preferred
Familiarity with underwriting, actuarial, claims administration, pricing/rating, reinsurance and other insurance operating concepts preferred
Experience with audit and regulatory compliance
Thorough computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge required
Greater than 10 years experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, Sales and Contract Management Pref
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline Required
Master’s Degree (MBA in business administration / management) Preferred
