Mechanical Package Manager

Role Overview

• Design of wastewater M&E assets e.g., Pumping Stations, CSO's & associated civil structures.
• Equipment sizing & selection (pumps, mixers, pipework).
• TMA, NRSWA coordination.
• Early site investigation works coordination.
• Early procurement of materials.
• Attendance and input into internal and client design reviews.
• Involvement with cost to complete / budget reviews with contract delivery teams.
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Preparation & management of project programmes.
• Managing Sub-contractors’ programmes.
• Developing and reviewing inspection Test Plans.
• Coordinating site activities with client.

Requirements

• HNC or higher within Mechanical Engineering discipline
• 5 years of Water Sector Experience
• DfMA Experience
• Membership of a relevant professional Body (Desirable)
• CEng (Desirable)
• CSCS (Desirable)
• APM or Equivalent qualification (Desirable)
