Role Overview
investigate fraud alerts on residence and business customers through inbound and outbound telephone calls
update various databases and systems with information related to fraud
serve as a point of contact for law enforcement agencies
provide 24 hour on call support for law enforcement in emergency situations
assist internal security in investigating fraudulent activity
perform clerical functions and file documents
coordinate with other Carriers on shared fraud information

ability to make decisions regarding fraud disconnects and credits
ability to work independently with little supervision
coordination with law enforcement agencies
excellent communication skills
experience in customer service or investigations
