Provide design guidance and expertise to project teams, serving as a trusted resource for visual communication and design best practices.
Partner with marketing and development teams to create, maintain, and optimize website and landing page experiences within CMS platforms.
Design and execute creative assets for end-to-end marketing campaigns that span multiple channels and formats.
Approach projects strategically by understanding business objectives, audience needs, and desired outcomes before developing creative solutions.
Manage projects independently from concept through final production, including planning, execution, revisions, and delivery.
Build strong working relationships across Marketing and the broader organization through curiosity, collaboration, and trust.
Requirements
3+ years of professional design experience with a focus on digital mediums, including websites, landing pages, email marketing, digital advertising, and mobile experiences.
Portfolio demonstrating experience with public-facing websites, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.
Experience designing within established brand guidelines while evolving creative solutions to meet business needs.
Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
Experience designing and implementing digital experiences within CMS platforms such as Sitefinity, HubSpot, or similar systems, with an understanding of content structure, page templates, responsive design, and marketing best practices.
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and formats.
Experience collaborating with developers, marketers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Knowledge of print production and campaign asset development beyond digital channels.
