Timeshare Escrow Officer

Role Overview

• Establish and build professional relationships with customers and clients
• Address escalated customer service issues
• Review contracts and purchase agreements
• Prepare closing documents on all transactions
• Perform quality checks on files
• Calculate title and escrow rates
• Verify receipt of deposits
• Prepare and distribute invoices for services
• Review and verify title search results

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Typically requires 3+ years related experience
• Escrow Officer certification or completion of escrow officer training program
• May require Notary licensing
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of deeds, satisfactions, judgments, and corporate documents as it relates to property
• Detail / quality oriented
• Problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills: verbal & written
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of company operating systems (i.e. FAST)
