About this role
Role Overview
Provide trust administration to support the assigned Trust Officer(s)
Performs day-to-day trust administration functions on assigned accounts accurately and by necessary deadlines
Interfaces with centralized support areas to ensure completion
Ensures fees are set up correctly as directed by Trust Officer/Fiduciary Strategist
Monitors accounts on a daily basis for overdrafts and un-invested cash
Builds and maintains strong client contact and provides sales support to team
Follows-up on client issues and relays information to clients through correspondence, telephone communications and conferences
Resolves client requests and refers complex inquiries to Trust Officer/Fiduciary Strategist
Assists Trust Officer in managing business pipeline activity through Salesforce
Prepares various reports, correspondence, technical documents and special projects as requested
Requirements
Associate’s degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Experience working in the financial industry or other client service roles (required)
Experience working in a trust department (preferred)
Demonstrated proficiency and effectiveness in strong customer service, communications, problem solving and organizational skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within team environments.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications and web-based portals
