Recruit, onboard, and enable high‑potential partners including influencers, comparison sites, associations, and industry organizations.
Collaborate with partners’ marketing teams to develop and execute co‑branded campaigns that drive mutual growth.
Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance across affiliates, aggregators, and channel campaigns.
Conduct funnel diagnostics to identify gaps, quantify impact, and recommend actionable optimizations.
Test new partners, incentives, and marketing tactics to efficiently scale growth.
Build and launch targeted marketing programs across digital advertising, social media, email, SEO, and web content.
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently upheld across all partner and channel touchpoints.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
Manage timely delivery of creative assets, messaging, and campaign materials across teams.
Support budget management including forecasting, spend tracking, and monthly billing processes.
Lead cross‑functional projects, delegating tasks and reviewing work as needed.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members.

5–8+ years of experience in digital, affiliate, aggregator, or channel marketing.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, partner ecosystems, and multi‑channel campaign execution.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, CRM/CMS platforms) and advanced Excel skills.
