Role Overview
Contract management for the knoell Group (digital filing, storage, contract summaries, deadline monitoring, etc.)
Support in drafting contracts, primarily in English; office organization and coordination, e.g., correspondence with contracting parties and law firms; organization of meetings; handling incoming and outgoing mail
Support in Compliance & Data Protection
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a commercial or administrative field, with experience in contract management, office organization, or assistant roles
Several years of experience in a comparable position
Career changers welcome, e.g., from foreign-language secretary roles
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word
German at native level and very good English skills, both written and spoken
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Interest and willingness to learn new subject areas
Independent, meticulous, and team-oriented working style
