About this role

Operate as the central point of contact for IT application questions and technical solutions relating to Cell Health product lines.
Provide technical and application support to customers, sales teams, and service organizations.
Visit customer laboratories and collaborate directly with customer IT teams to understand technical requirements and challenges.
Train sales and service teams on relevant IT concepts, product requirements, and customer workflows.

Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in a comparable IT infrastructure support role.
Proven expertise in Windows client/server environments, Active Directory, SQL databases and networking technologies.
Understanding of network communication protocols such as SMB or LDAP and the ability to work effectively within customer IT environments.
Experience in providing technical support directly to customers.
Ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluent English.
Ability to travel up to 35% throughout assigned territories, including overnight travel. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
