About this role
Role Overview
Onboard new clients and helps them integrate our API & launch payment methods
Investigate client-reported incidents & assist with questions via ticketing system
Use internal tools, logs, and monitoring systems (AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Kibana/Elasticsearch)
Work closely with our Development, Payments Operations, Sales teams to resolve merchant issues
Escalate requests to appropriate teams and facilitate/track them through resolution
Contribute to internal documentation
Requirements
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce
Strong analytical, pattern recognition and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of card payments workflow and 3D Secure
Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, and web technologies
English (to email with clients, read and interpret technical documentation)
Manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems individually
Adaptability to new patterns, quick-learner
Comfortable working with SLAs/ticketing systems such as Jira.
Nice to have: Experience with log analysis tools (e.g. AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
Nice to have: Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
