About this role
Role Overview
Manage QuickBooks file and financial management for the firm
Handle accounts receivables and payables
Generate monthly Profit & Loss reports
Administer company bimonthly payroll
Calculate commissions and Partner Distributions
Prepare quarterly and annual tax estimates
Collaborate with an outside accounting firm for corporate tax returns
Maintain employee files and PTO
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar field
Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Experience in CRM databases
Comfort with modern accounting, HR, payroll, productivity technologies
Adaptable to changes in business needs and technologies
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
