Requirements
Significant experience or training in a utility-based industry
Strong IT skills
Background in problem-solving roles involving repairs
Desirable experience includes working with pressure reducing valves, flow modulators, maintaining distribution meters, and knowledge of water distribution networks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Capable of explaining complex technical issues simply
Ability to interact effectively with customers face-to-face
Demonstrable adaptable attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, sound decision-making, and accuracy in data recording
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
Skilled at prioritising workload effectively
